Meet our fearless leader
I'm Brandie.
I'm a former homeless, felon, heroin junkie with 14 years in recovery. God pulled me out of places I didn't think I would survive, then put it on my heart to reach back for the people who still feel stuck in the struggle.
I built Trailer Park Avenue for the ones who never fit the polished version of church, recovery, family, or success. Around here, we laugh hard, tell the truth, find faith, beat addiction, and break generational curses one day at a time. We are building a real community, a family that supports and uplifts one another.
Trailer Park Avenue is where we turn our trauma into testimony, and our pain into purpose.
Recently, I shared my full story on Powerful Beyond Measure, a We Do Recover driven podcast hosted by Matt Culp, where people in recovery recount their testimonies full of experience, strength and hope. If you want the whole tale, this interview is where I lay it all on the line.
If you've ever felt unworthy, like a burden, like a failure — pull up. There's room for you in the Trailer Park. God loves you and SO DO WE!
